It is the policy of SUNNY OKON & CO. that as auditors, we should assist our Clients in their responsibility for establishing and maintaining adequate system of internal control, by reporting on deficiencies in the control mechanisms which we noted in the course of our audit work. In addition, we always make constructive suggestions to our clients regarding the operations of their businesses or organisations.
All these points are incorporated in the Domestic Report and forwarded to management, usually twice a year, or as frequently as occasion demands. However, these reports are always reviewed in draft with appropriate officials of our clients in order to ensure that the facts therein are correctly stated and that the recommendations we make for improving the system are practicable.
